I had the unfortunate experience to be involved in two auto accidents several years apart. Mr. Barry represented me wonderfully in the first one and we received a good settlement. Mr. Barry never quit. In fact he fought the case right up until the time we were supposed to go to trial and at that time the defense attorney finally offered us a fair settlement.
After my second accident, I made a mistake taking the recommendation of a friend and hired a different attorney for this accident. That attorney basically dropped the case when the insurance carrier only made a low offer and basically dared us to file a lawsuit. At that time I went back to Mr. Barry, and he took the case, filed the lawsuit, and again fought it to within a month of the time we were supposed to go to trial and we finally got the case settled. I wish I had just gone to Mr. Barry from the start of my second accident because he was just as committed to representing me in this second accident as he was in the first.
I hope I never get in another accident, but if I do, I won't hesitate to ask Mr. Barry for his help again.
